The hotel is simply beautiful. We booked a room with a view of the pyramids and were given one on the fourth floor with an incredible view. The room itself is also very lovely, clean, and spacious. As for the restaurant service, the breakfast buffet (which is included) offers a great variety, and the entire staff is very attentive. The servers are extremely kind and always ready to help with anything you need. The à la carte food served in the afternoon and evening is delicious, and they play great music. The sunset here is truly amazing. One downside to the restaurant is that they do not serve alcoholic beverages. We understand that Egyptian culture is influenced by religion, but given that nearly 90% of the guests are foreigners, they really should offer that option, as other restaurants do.

− The only unpleasant experience we had was with the receptionist who assisted us during check-in. When I made the hotel reservation through Booking, the platform indicated that the hotel offered complimentary airport-to-hotel transportation. Upon completing the room booking, Booking immediately offered this free service, so I reserved the transport and provided my flight details. A few hours later, the hotel messaged me to mention their free shuttle service and asked for my flight information. I clearly explained that I had already made the reservation through Booking and had provided my flight details there. The person who messaged me insisted that I provide the flight information, so I did. However, when we finally arrived at the hotel, the receptionist began questioning me as to why I hadn't taken the car they had sent to the airport to pick me up. I was quite surprised and explained that I had simply made a booking through Booking, that was all. Yet, the receptionist kept insisting that I explain why I hadn't used their transport. I told him several times that I knew nothing about the transport arrangements and that I had simply followed the instructions provided by Booking. The receptionist was clearly angry, insisting that I should have not paid for that "extra service" with Booking; I explained that I hadn’t, and even showed him in writing the Booking reservation receipt, which clearly stated $0.00 payment, yet he remained upset. This is certainly not the kind of attitude one expects when arriving at a hotel, especially on one’s first visit to Egypt. I asked if his name was George, but he replied that George was his boss, though he didn’t tell me his own name. The service from this individual was appalling.

Staff is very welcoming , felt like in a 5* hotel. Hotel itself is beautiful, everything is new and nicely decorated. I had a hard time finding a good hotel in this area(many photos are fake) and i am so happy i found this hotel! View is even more beautiful than photos will show. Also breakfast is great with many options.

− Area. I think they are starting to clean it but change happens slowly. Its noicy, smells horse/camel poo, and a lot of people trying to annoy you. And now there is construction right in front of the hotel so there is noice until like 1:30am , and make sure your room has a view(upper floors) However i slept very good with my airpods on.
