9.0Buena ubicación. Súper amplio y cómodo, bonita decoración. Vistas muy bonitas. Acceso muy cómodo con el sistema de códigos.
− Fuerte olor a tuberías en el baño. La propiedad estaba en obras, es ajeno al alojamiento pero estaba todo el portal muy sucio.

4.0Слово Luxury из названия нужно убрать, чтобы не вводить людей в заблуждение! Это уровень обычной 2 звезды гостиницы. Старый обшарпаный апартамент с пролежанным матрасом требующий ремонта уже лет 10 назад. Всем рекомендую за эти деньги останавливаться в отелях , где есть персонал и какое то обслуживание.

Short but smooth stay, everything went well
8.0I only stayed for one night, arriving late and leaving early, but the property looked clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. The check-in process was smooth.

5.0L’emplacement dans Puerto Banús. Explications pour l’arrivée et l’accès à l’hôtel très claires.
− Déçue par les prestations de l’hôtel. La piscine était en travaux et donc inaccessible, et l’espace à côté de l’hôtel en travaux également. Nous n’avions pas eu l’information, alors même que nous a réservé cet hôtel avec cette prestation. Pas d’accueil, ni de check out en présentiel. Pas de possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner si il n’y a pas eu de réservation préalable la veille. Literie de moyenne qualité et douche avec matériau de piètre qualité. Le jour du départ, le code de la porte d’entrée a été bloqué 5 mn après l’heure limite, le temps de de faire l’aller/retour à la voiture pour déposer les bagages, nous étions bloqués dehors.
