10.0Fabulous hotel and service! We loved everything about Hotel Cappuccino. The service was incredible. Everyone working here focused on making sure we were comfortable. Front desk staff, Joy, Adele, and JC were kind and informative. The restaurant staff, David and Laura were attentive and professional. The decor was beautiful. The beds were comfy, rooms were big and bathroom was impeccable and clean!

8.0The ambience of the Hotel and the room size and style - very chic. The staff were very friendly and helpful on checkin and if questions raised.
− The air-conditioning system inn our room was dysfunctional and a new system installed asap for the price of the room - very disappointing - it made such an awful noise all night (and the windows were closed) I tried to turn it off completely, and endure the hot evening, but the system would not allow me to do so. Both my daughter and i had to sleep with anti-noise headphones, which still did not work. Very uncomfortable and I am amazed that another guest has complained prior to us.
