Das Frühstück war vielfältig und gut. Das japanische Restaurant war auch sehr gut. Die liegen am Pool fanden wir auch super gemütlich . Das Personal ist freundlich und die Zimmer waren sauber.

− Die Fugen im Pool sind verschimmelt und das Wasser war nicht sauber. Die Getränke am Pool sind viel zu überteuert. Wir finden das ist überhaupt gar kein Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr teuer. Wir fanden es auch schade, dass wir nicht ins Meer konnten. Der ganze Strand war voller Seegras. Wir haben dieses Hotel gerade wegen der Strand-Nähe gebucht. Das war sehr schade. Negativ aufgefallen ist, einige Servicekräfte waren stark erkältet, sie husten und niesen in die Hand und servieren gleichzeitig Speisen und Getränke. Das ist für ein fünf Sterne Haus unangebracht und schlecht geschult. Was die Zimmer angeht, da finde ich auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht gut. Die Zimmer sind viel zu klein für diesen Preis. Im Badezimmer hat man so gut wie gar keine Abstellfläche. Bei zwei Personen ist es sehr eng und ungemütlich. Haare föhnen oder glätten für eine Frau im Badezimmer, fast unmöglich.

Overpriced and Underwhelming Compared to Other Luxury Hotels in Ibiza

The hotel makes a great first impression, with a warm welcome and genuinely friendly staff. The pool area is lovely, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere around the bar. However, when it comes to value for money, I was quite disappointed. At around €2,000 per night, I expected a much higher level of luxury, comfort, and service, especially compared to other hotels I've experienced in Ibiza. The rooms are surprisingly small for that price point. The restaurant is decent, but the food is extremely overpriced for the quality offered. The breakfast selection is also quite limited and could definitely use some improvement. Room service is similarly overpriced. The spa was probably the biggest disappointment. I wouldn't even consider it a proper luxury spa. It's located downstairs and consists of a tiny sauna, a very small hammam, and a cramped changing area. For a hotel charging these rates, the wellness facilities are seriously underwhelming. Another downside is the beach situation. The hotel is located by what feels more like a marina than a proper beach, so you don't get that beautiful sandy beach experience you might expect when staying in Ibiza. Overall, I can see that the hotel is making an effort, and the staff deserves credit for being so welcoming. However, the experience simply doesn't justify the price. At €2,000 per night, there are much better options in Ibiza offering more spacious rooms, better facilities, and a more complete luxury experience. Beautiful atmosphere and lovely people, but unfortunately, very poor value for money.

− What disappointed me the most was that everything felt extremely overpriced. On top of the already expensive room rate, I noticed additional charges on my bill that I didn't fully understand, which made the experience even more frustrating. Compared to other luxury hotels in Ibiza, I really don't think the pricing is justified, especially considering the small rooms, limited facilities, and lack of a proper beach experience. At these rates, I expected much better value, more transparency with the charges, and an overall higher standard of luxury. Unfortunately, despite the friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere, I left feeling that the hotel charges far more than the experience is actually worth.
