We arrived at The Oasis Don Carlos in April 23 (It wouldnt let me enter the actual date for the review as over a year ago) for a big Birthday on a B&B board basis. We had the most incredible time with a room upgrade and wonderful hospitality throughout our short stay. We stayed in the Oasis Spa side which at the time was the newly built sperate block to the main hotel. I know that the older part of the complex has had a significant upgrade since our stay. (I couldnt leave a review as the hotel was closed for some months) We found the whole hotel complex to be exceptionally well kept, the tropical gardens are stunning full of frogs, butterflies and birds. There are several shops inside the complex and many relaxation areas. The breakfast was amazing, such a wide range of choice in both cooked and continential options with wonderful views out across the tropical gardens to the sea. The beach front is wonderful and the beach club area around the pool maintained well. The Oasis reception staff we met were so friendly and helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble, they helped with translation, restaurant recommendations for evenings, taxi booking and general knowledge. A special mention to Andrea Rizzi and also Daniella Davis, Fran Merchant Liya. . We simply couldn't fault our stay with huge thanks to the wonderful staff who helped make it truly special :)

Good and disappointing.

The complex is very good but do not go for the suite with it's own pool at 1,100euro per night. It's constanly in the shade, the pool is freezing and the metal fixings are rusty. The suite is tired but clean. Has a cd player! If you are a meat eater the restaurant is OK if you are a vegitarian forget it. Instead of enjoying the luxuries of our suite and private pool we spent out time at the hotel pool and beach which was good. The madness is that when we went to pay and informed them of our disappointed they agreed with us and said they were closing the wing for 12 months to repurpose the space for something more appropriate. No discount offered. I probabaly had the best facial ever at the wellness center which would get 5 stars.

This resort is five-star excellence! Everything from service to amenities was top notch, and the suites were amazing. Highly recommend for a luxurious stay in Marbella.

Review for Oasis Marbella: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Oasis Marbella was simply outstanding! The service was top-notch, the staff extremely attentive and helpful. The rooms were not only beautiful but also impeccably maintained, with plenty of towels and thoughtful touches that enhanced our stay. The most remarkable part was the wonderful surprise awaiting us in our room: a birthday cake with a candle, a bottle of champagne, and even a spa treatment voucher. The hotel even noticed it was my birthday without me mentioning it! Oasis Marbella exceeded our expectations and provided us with an unforgettable stay. We give it a well-deserved 5 stars and look forward to our next visit. Many thanks to the entire team for this wonderful experience!

What a great hotel, the spa is absolutely fantastic, the Oasis rooms were superb, quiet air con and well fitted out. The main hotel is a little tired but they are about to close for a full refurbishment. Gardens are lovely, beach as expected in Marbella. Enjoyed a five night stat 🏖️🏖️🏖️🏖️🏖️🏖️🏖️
