10.0The complimentary breakfasts were excellent! Also, the cleaning service was performed daily with fresh towels. We have stayed in more upscale hotels recently that you had to request new towels and the roomed to be cleaned.
− The directions for finding the parking lot need to be included on the website. Being new to the area and not knowing the layout of the parking garages, we drove around the hotel several times. We finally stopped by the parking entrance to the InterContinenal Hotel and the valet parking attendant directed us to the correct garage and gave directions on where to go inside the garage.
It was fun seeing DC. I personally would try another place for comparison. You need to improve
7.0The cleaning staff were outstanding. The breakfast staff were always friendly.
− Wait time for assistance. on hold for almost 15 min. Floor plan of entire floor shows ice machine location. Doesn't exist. Ice machine didn't work well enough to actually dispense ice. The sofa bed is not something one would actually want to sleep on. Pool was closed but wasn't told beforehand. Would have been nice to know before arriving

− The lighting in the bedroom and bathroom was terrible. Very hard to see anything after the sun went down!
