− De dizerem várias vezes ao pequeno almoço que tinha de pagar o pequeno almoço da criança à parte, quando este estava invluido no preço, e ter que lhes explicar isso todos os dias. De só termos direito a duas toalhas de banho, quando pagámos uma reserva para 3 pessoas, e ao reclamarmos na receção nos dizerem que cada quanto só tinha direito a duas tualhas independentemente do número de pessoas. Fronhas das almofadas com manchas.
