8.0− Estuvimos 24hs sin aire acondicionado en la hab . Tuvimos que reclamar 3 veces. Un día la hab no se realizó la limpieza, tuvimos que usar las toallas de la piscina . luego de 5 llamados se solucionó
Nice aesthetics but wouldn’t pay that amount ever again. They make money on people who haven’t been there.

− Poor logistics around resort, app for services and maps doesn’t work, room AC wasn’t cold despite maintenance “working” on it, many restaurants closed, sports bar food was trash.

Infraestructura INCREIBLE, playa no tanto.
9.0el complejo es precioso, la gente es super amable y la calidad de comida y bebida es excelente. Comparando con otros palladiums: destaco el servicio interno de transporte que es super fluido, Me gusto mucho que tenga un sector que concentre la noche (villa).
− No volvería, la playa no estaba implecable - fuimos a costa mujeres poruqe supuestamente habia mucho menos sargaso pero no fue asi, pasamos un dia en una playa publica que cancun y estaba mucho mas limpia que la de Palladium. Pasaban un tractor que solo removian el sargaso, no lo limpiaban realmente. Adicionalmente tema de actividades: no habia muchas o no sabias bien donde eran, y en general todo muy alejado de la playa que es lo que uno va a aprovechar, asi que este tema es para mejorar.
