9.0המלון מאוד נקי, צוות המלון מאוד אדיב ונחמד, ארוחת הבוקר הכלולה הייתה נהדרת. גם האוכל הנוסף שהוא בתוספת תשלום היה נהדר. חדר הכושר במלון הוא טוב ויש הרבה אופציות למתקנים, המיקום של המלון הוא טוב מאוד קרוב לים ולרחוב הראשי, הבריכה נהדרת, גדולה, נקייה, עם הרבה מיטות שיזוף.

8.0A really good location along the main street. Despite having a room close to the road, we didn't experience any noise at all. All staff members were amazing, especially the reception staff. The breakfast had a good selection of foods. I liked that we could change our pool towel throughout the day if needed. I enjoyed the DJ in the afternoons.
− I really don't think this hotel is worth the price we paid. For this reason, I wouldn't return. We expected it to be of higher quality considering the brand and the price point. Rooms were poor quality. No shampoo or conditioner provided. No tea/coffee or a kettle in the room. The shower was old and there was a large crack in the glass surrounding the shower. The cleaner attended everyday (we stayed 6 nights), however she didn't take/clean/replace any of the used glasses from the room. We were advised you can't reserve sunbeds and the staff would take them if seen on the sunbeds. This was correct until about 10am, but after this people leave their towels on the sunbeds and they aren't removed for the rest of the day. On our check in day, we arrived at 11am and sat by the pool from 11-3pm on chairs by the restaurant as there were no sunbeds. I saw sunbeds with towels left on them for hours at a time while people left the complex or went up to their rooms etc - very frustrating considering there's plenty of room for more sunbeds or beanbags around the pool area.
