The property itself is in an excellent location; close to some attractions, the city centre and within short walking distance to the seafront. Our room was clean and had towels for the bathroom, as well as pool towels, robes and slippers. There's a big TV with various channels; mostly English, German and Spanish. A nice wardrobe with lots of space and hangers, iron/board, safe and a decent sized fridge. The lighting in the whole room can be controlled using a panel on the sides of the beds. We really liked this! You also have quite a few plug sockets in the rooms, so it's easy to keep everything charged. We made great use of the spa, which consists of: a heated pool with jets up one end and a couple of waterfall spouts up the other end, a steam room, a sauna and a couple of different types of showers. There are also a few poolside seats to relax on. The rooftop pool area was lovely and had lots of seating and a bar and was a popular spot for the other guests. (We much preferred the quiet of the spa whilst everyone else was out in the sun!). We didn't use the gym ourselves, but it looked like a decent clean little gym. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic. The small cooked/hot section wasn't the hottest, but they change up the options daily; which was really nice and we really enjoyed the different fritters and meats. The cold section was brilliant. So many different types of cheeses, meats, breads and pastries. Lots of fruits, yogurts and other little bits I didn't even get to try! There was also a great selection of drinks available that came with breakfast; tea & coffee of course, as well as a range of juices and waters that changed daily. Plenty of seating and tables and while we were there it was always clean and tidy. We always went down early, to beat the breakfast rush. The staff were always lovely and friendly and always made us feel welcome! Would 100% stay here again if I ever went back to Mallorca.

Perfect stay for 4 nights, rooftop pool & brilliant location

Really smooth check in service, room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived but we had a welcome drink at the rooftop pool. Room was excellent, really comfortable, shower was perfect! Breakfast was lovely, great selection of hot and cold food. Rooftop pool was delightful, with use of Balinese beds and very reasonably priced drinks. Excellent location!!

− Quite difficult to get the air conditioning working to the appropriate temperature. Rooftop pool area was brilliant but I can imagine it is hard to get a sunbed / seat when it is peak time. Staff at breakfast not super friendly, no one takes your room number to check you had breakfast included - they also have the public come in and pay for coffee and breakfast so I’m not sure how they manage this. One morning I was asked my room number a bit rudely mid getting my breakfast but hadn’t been asked any other day.

조식이 정말 맛있어요. 여짓꺼 먹어본 그 어떤 고급 호텔보다 맛있어서 놀랐습니다 ㅎㅎㅎ 그리고 수영장과 헬스장, 바 등 시설이 다양하고 체크아웃 후에도 무료로 짐보관 해주셔서 좋았습니다
